It's kind of hard to explain abstracts with words sometimes. And so yeah, sometimes really dumb "my toddler could draw that!" works sell for tons of money because someone finds meaning in it.Β
I like this piece, and I don't know why, but it hit me with emotion. But I still can't explain it with words. I'm sorry if that sounds dumb. It doesn't matter what the art meant to the artist- what matters is if it meant anything to the viewer.

I don't know. There are definitely better images in his gallery. Everything is... off in this image. The line between the colours of paint is almost a right angle but not quite, the patched holes are odd looking and don't line up, it doesn't follow the rule of thirds and there doesn't appear to be any composition. If I'd taken this I wouldn't be posting it anywhere, in fact I'd probably delete it. Sorry doyo , my honest opinion.
