Okay okay,,, I know I should have posted something about this earlier. But better late than never??? ;v;;
Just wanted to let y'all know that my comic, The North Side, is not cancelled! Just on a hiatus for now.

I'm hopefully picking it back up near the end of summer-fall. I just have too much to do at the moment and not enough free time to actually focus on it! My summer will be extremely busy (at least, for me lol). I have four baby lovebirds who will be hand-reared (tedious work!) starting in nine days. I have commission work, which unfortunately is very necessary at the moment as making comics and ocs doesn't pay lol. All that while juggling training a high-energy puppy. So bare with me!

And, well, the whole point of the comic was to prove to myself I could finish something like that without abandoning it lol. So I will! Though I don't want anyone to expect anything too high quality, even when the pages are released, just as I said at the beginning of it.

It's purpose is to:
- Get some experience making a comic so I can make better ones down the road.
- Work on character design + backgrounds.
- Experiment with styles/background/etc. (inconsistency will happen!)
- Finish the damn thing.

It's purpose is not to:
- Be perfect.
- Have an amazing plot and writing. (The plot was something I wrote out in one night when I was tired and bored.)
- Update regularly. (This is just a fact, I will need to take breaks, hopefully eventually there will be buffer pages so it won't happen as often!)

So I apologize for everyone left on a cliffhanger. I didn't even stop at the end of a chapter. oops!
I'm not sure if anyone actually needed this explanation... I don't think I had a lot of people reading it. But I figured for the few who were wondering what's going on, I'd give a little update haha. This honestly feels a little professional and detailed for my brand,, I don't know if it's necessary or not =w=

TL;DR:
TNS has been on a hiatus I never officially announced. So for now,, have this crappy doodle til I have time to work on the rest later this summer/fall.
