She holds the general of the army in high regards and knows them better than anyone, that is why, even tho sometimes the order seems strange, she will do her best for them for Linna knows they are fair and always have the interest of the people in mind. Linna trusts the general so much that she is able to refuse a explicit order from the king himself for the sake of listening to what her general really thinks about the issue. I believe Linna herself would be respectful and hold a great influential power too, specially because everyone under her knows she is her friend's keeper.
