You need to find the uxtheme patcher and use it, then copy the Modded Royale to "%windir%\Resources\Themes" to install.

I would also like to see a version with an extended start-menu aswell as a change of the dark blue background color of the main menu (where all the last-run programms are listed) to the white one of the original Luna vs.

Could you possibly make one with an extended start menu? I like to use 64x64 icons and the shortened start menu smushes the icons. Great work! I love what you did with the start button!
