typical... it's simple: unlock the taskbar and drag it down from the top edge.

It does not look the same? in the picture the toolbar is Black/Dark Gray and when you install the theme its a different colour?

it's not a different color! how can it be a different color since the image is a screenshot with the theme applied??
what theme did you installed?
maybe you didn't installed the right theme or something!
the theme supports Aero only so if you're using the basic version than it should look different cause it's not skinned.
send me a screenshot of how you see the taskbar on your screen please.

I hate their monopoly, actually I hate every monopoly! but apple's monopoly isnt better... would love to see someone invest their money in a Linux branch to give Windows a real competition on the PC oS market! Someone that should shape Linux into a combination of OSx and Windows... the current linux distros (ie. ubuntu, fedora, suse etc.) just don't seem to get the experience design issue of users... this market will never grow to its real potential until someone stops the fragmentation of linux or something that will get the attention of big software companies like Adobe for example.

You're absolutely right about Linux systems being too fragmented - like they don't really have one brand, which potential customers would know or would like to know. I'd like to see if it happens in future.
