Please check first to see if you have properly installed the UltraUXThemePatcher and that it patched successfully all the 3 DLLs.
Also make sure you copied the files in the right place, as specified in the instructions.

Old supporter here. I'm still on 1709 and will be updating shortly. Are my old versions of dark circles (square and round borders) compatible with 1809? No other updates since you last sent me a new download link?

Hey Ralph... I've sent you the downloading link for the updated version of my Simplify Dark themes.
Before you update:
- create a restore point
- switch to the default Windows theme
- uninstall UltraUxThemePatcher
- and restart.
After the update:
- install the latest version of the UltraUxThemePatcher:Β ultrauxthemepatcher.en.lo4d.coβ¦
- remove all the old themes completely
- and copy the new themes
- also don't forget about the OldNewExplorer and the REG file included in each theme.

How did you get rid of the command bar and/or the ribbon? I can get rid of one, but never the other.

Use OldNewExplorer as the instructions bellow to get rid of the ribbon.
The lack of the command bar is hardcoded into the theme (the file shellstyle.dll to be exact), in my themes at least, so you have to make sure the shellstyle.dll file is not deleted by your anti-virus.

Also, not to annoy you but do you know of any good guides on how to actually code or modify these styles? I know how to do web dev but I've never messed with these styles or .theme files before and I'm not exactly sure where to begin.

Unless you've got a lot of time and nerves of steel to spare, I wouldn't waste my time with this, specially since there are a lot of awesome Windows themes here on deviantArt.
