Hello! I don't mean to ask stupid questions, but would this work on Windows 10 Version 1607, Build 14393.576? I just wanted to make double sure before installing since last time I attempted something like this, it completely ruined my computer and wiped the System Restore I had saved. Thank you!

Hi.. as you can see in Bold:Β Works only on Windows 10 Anniversary Update.
So yes, it work on version 1607, whatever build.
And what you're saying it's totally rubbish! A theme cannot ruin your computer or wipe a System Restore. If a theme fails to load and you get a black screen on boot, just restore the System Restore point made previously.
Follow my instructions correctly and you'll have no problems. Make sure you create a System Restore first and uninstall other 3rd party software that could mess up with 3rd party themes (like StartIsBack for example or ultrauxthemepatcher or something).
