Compatible for both x64 & x86 system
You need to copy theme in C:WindowsResourcesThemes
For using this theme first you need to Patch Uxtheme.
Installation:
- Copy all file in "Theme" folder to "%windir%/Resources/Themes".
- Open personalize panel and apply theme.

really nice job! but I still don't have the courage to patch uxtheme on win8 because the last time I did it, I had to reinstall windows again. I got the black screen loop on boot.

Thanks for the info... I'll try it out, but I'm skeptic since I see a lot o people having problems with UxStyle as well, mainly the damn black screen issue.
Btw what are you using to create the themes? Windows Style Builder? I've done a bunch of themes for Windows 7 and I would like to port them to windows 8... do you have any advice on how to do it?

i use patch in here sta.sh/024q2a06yuht it work good on 8.1,yup i use Windows Style Builder for greate theme win8, you need make file png then import to file msstyle like make for win7.
