Hi. I'm considering downloading this theme but I am not quite sure if is it safe or not. Is there any risk of damaging windows? (like when there is an windows update or something).

Hey Michal... I've sent you the Simplify Light Pack so you can try it out.
If you follow the instructions you should be fine.
When updating Windows to a major version (there are 2/year usually) it's a good idea to switch to the default Windows theme and uninstall the patcher (see the instructions). After the update make sure the patcher works on that version of Windows (you can follow the official website: www.syssel.net/hoefs/software_β¦ ) and make sure you follow my profile to see if I have to update the themes as well.

this has nothing to do with the start menu... it's a windows visual style which changes the appearance of the windows UI.
