open, run as administrator, edit in Notepad ++, scan with officescan client, add to archive, add to photoshop.rar, compress and email, compress to photoshop.rar and email, pin to start menu, add to quick launch, send to, cut, copy, create shortcut, delete, rename, properties

Try forcing it to open by right clicking and clicking open. If that doesn't work, try running as admin then opening it by just double clicking on it, then again if it doesn't work but try right clicking and selecting open.

If it's still giving you a hard time, let me know - just trying simple things first Now that I see it, I think I remember getting this message once, but now mine works just fine.

i got it to open ^_^ i just selected run as administrator. I'll let you know if I experience any other problems
