I can't draw hair like that. :/ It always looks so easy, but then when I do it, it comes out looking crazy like some cat got into a bird's nest. Also I like her face. When I draw, or attempt to draw like this, the proportions for the face are totally off and weird looking. xD I like her dress, I assume that's what it is, as well. xD I have a dress and a shirt that looks like that, so I can't really tell what it is.
