If the color is wrong, which it might be, I am so sorry and I hope to show more better results for another contest if I lose. I am not very good with color schemes and/or mixture, so I tend to use simple colors for a characters for characters I design. Also, I made a huge mistake on the ears and paws and I am most sorry for that, rlly! Again, I am so sorry.

Azure is known to be mysterious and self-conscious when with other pokemon. He almost never takes off his Straight jacket because it is a comforting and safe clothing he adores, and pretty much the only possession he has of his past. There are said to be scars littered on his body under the jacket, but only one stands out from the rest. His fur was never always this pale. It used to be a rich shade of caramel, but somehow changed into that of white. He is so pale that he almost glows in the dark, like that of the moon. When upset, Azure will seek comfort to his hoodie and play with his white straps, mumbling clustered words that seem unreadable to keen ears. Rarely does he ever get angry about the littlest of things or the stupidest, staying completely calm with a poker face. But when he does get angered, he does everything in his power to smart mouth the person rather than use his psychic powers. He doesn't trust himself to use them because he thinks he'll lose control of himself and harm them. For some season, the sound of bells intrigue Azure. He would seem lost when he hears one and fade into a daydream, blindly reaching out with tiny fingers as if he was begging to be held. Azure's immune system is rather low so he can be susceptible to diseases and viruses, even a simple common cold. It's mostly do to stress that his immune isn't too well. He doesn't eat very much so he is light and almost weightless when being held. It's scary for a pichu his age to be this weak. But he doesn't see himself as weak. Sometimes. He suffers from short-term memory loss and doesn't keep things like information or directions in his head for no longer than five minutes. Azure is known to see glimpses of the future, but only when he's stable enough to achieve this. If he did this in his weakened state, he will go into a coma or possibly be lost in his own head for a week. the only time he sees things before they happen is when someone ask him of their future. He is generous enough to allow this and will give you either good fortune or bad, depending on which path you choose to take for your future.
