Eevee's probably my favorite Pokemon. Maybe tied with Squirtle. Anyways, are there non-Umbreon victims of this "Eevee-scratch fever"? And if someone gets turned into an Eevee anthro, would they be able to evolve?

Nope, her friend bought her and himself some bootleg copies of D/P (He/she did not know) and ended up getting pulled into the game He had been playing a female avatar, no on top of that she has a case of Eevee scratch fever.
