This was a concept or a character art for a webcomic idea I was going to try, still needs refinement, her outfit is; a magicly variable tunic in leotard mode, Jouryman's Tights, boots and cloak.Working name is also Jasmine

A cool sexy costume, reminds me of Raven from Teen Titans, but this one has brown pantyhose, which is even sexier.

I don't think the setting fits the character. She is very pretty, but the left eye (from our perspective) is a bit too far to the side of her face. You have great anatomy though. Nice work there and in the shading.
