Apparently I'm having an episode of Ebilness tonight!Wyrmslayer armor is/possibly will be, Splice's commercial armor. (well restricted anyway) Marketed to the USN-SEALS-MC and Whateley Security and a few others.
It is designed to give a non-exemplar Mutant or Baseline Human support staff a fighting chance when faces with a Mythos incursion.
The suit ups a person physical to EX 5 (Suit only Regenerates but does have a triage function as well) with Nuke/bio/hazmat/mythos/psi hardening. It can remain on the filed for up to 48 hours before it needs to rest and gain nutrition (in a special vat with essential vitamins, minerals and fiber)
The tail serves to improve balance at exemplar speeds and agility levels and as an antenna and storage of some of the neuron-biocomputer nodes
Here we see Sophomore (In fall 2007) Toni Chandler preparing to test the Mythos hardening. BTW since it is BIO-tech Sara also gets to test to see if Alexa has shielded it from Sara's method of food consumption. BTW Thunderbird's bay (WELL THE ONE HIS TEAM USES) is across from Alexa's (I think he has a bay?)
She agreed to help in because she disabled Alexa's Dragonskinz armor in a rather embarrassing fashion.
(No such event really occurred so this is just a lark pic that came to mind when the Toni's Creator asked me if biotech had Ki.)

Just curious, what's the color on this thing? Metallic gray? Also, how is it worn? What gadgets does it have?

The final armor will likely be olive-drab or mat-black possibly camouflage. Not sure on Splices personal armor.
It is a biotech unitard thatΒ reflexively tightens and forms a helmet.
Raises the strength of a person to Exemplar 5 (About 5 tons I think)
Bio-lasers
neuron-biocomputer
possibly AG lifters in the feet
Splices also has other abilities and (wings for PK enhanced flight PK Brick shields)

The picture is great as is the (mostly) implied story around it. Really like the idea of living power armour
Got one gripe though, Exemplar 5?
So you are saying that a somewhat mass producible suit about a centimetre thick can provide (even at lowest EX-5) almost a ton of dead lift? Or put another way ten times the strength of a full grown male in good physical condition.
A pure divize could do it, but no sane person would put on a suit of devizered bio-tek. Its simply to unreliable. Anyway mid EX-4 or just EX-4 durability would be more than enough to make it work. All it realy needs is to provide psychic and mystic shields to do its job.
Also I would love to see this and your other work coloured.

It uses cardiac strands as the muscle cores (not the entire muscle just the inner) most so it is highly possible.
The building process is a devise, the product itself can be broken down into it's component DNA/RNA components.

Have you ever considered illustrating some of the scenes in the canon storylines? Like Chaka catching her little brother when he tried to fly, or the first fight against the Ninjas?
I mean, if you ever run out of other ideas temporarily...

the chakra that Chaka can use as a Ki master to disable (put it into sleep mode as a half-sleeved thong latex looking leotard) the suit is under the tail, problem is that is also where the human and the suit's Ki's mix and one millimeter of a wrong touch and it can cause a rather embarrassing feedback.
Sara is a Half-Demon of Lust and by the time where something like that could happen a Sophomore at Whateley she eats by reducing biological material into blue dust.

Mind's already filling with ideas for a character even though I don't even know what the academy's like. Except it's for people with superpowers.
