I didn't really understand the first tutorial,(the way the head was divided).This I understand. (not so far from Loomis or Hogarth)The eyes look at little to high on several of these. I look forward to tutorial number3. Thank you for sharing these!

The divisions in part one are approximations and measurements for finding out the locations of everything related to the face. I know it is complex, but you have to follow the lines in order to find out where the eye sockets are placed. This first part is as close as you can get to the perfect human as Leonardo imagined.

The eyes will not be placed directly in the center of the eye sockets. The pupils are going to be placed at the center line of the circle. You will find a couple of muscles and fat in there too. But maybe you are right...this circle stuff is simplified. Another reason to take a closer look at the first part.

Sry, I mean the pupils are going to be placed at the center line of the head.
