It took me some time to get the animation right but I still notice a significant amount of "banding" at the end. It also seems a little too quick to me. Also, my CUDA was running out of memory a lot when I was rendering out these smoke animations.
I'm currently working on another ink drop animation in a different color and with different settings. Hopefully the end result of that one will look much better than this and render with fewer problems.
