“So you remember the rules right? The first one to use the safe word loses.” Jen said.
“Yeah, I remember. Are you sure this is safe? The kryptonite I mean.” Kara replied, biting her lip somewhat nervously.
“Completely, I promise. Reed developed it
After General Zod came here wreaking havoc. It’s specifically made to remove powers from kryptonians without causing any injuries.” Jen pressed a few buttons on the keypad, and the door opened just long enough for them to walk through.
“I should have told him about red kryptonite, it has the same effect. Maybe we should compare notes afterward.” Kara smiled, the one good thing about having to chase Zod into this parallel universe was making new friends. This one in particular was known as She Hulk, cousin of the gigantic Hulk. Kara, known on her Earth as Supergirl, could identity with having a more famous cousin.
“Are you sure The Fantastic Four won’t mind us using their facilities? You’ve got to admit, some people might find this...” Kara paused, searching for the right word.
“Kinky?” Jen replied, with a smile of her own. “Not at all, the FF are old friends, and all they know is we’re filling in while they’re handing things in the Negative Zone.”
The two of them sat on the floor, and Jen began to tug off her boots. She looked over at Kara, who still hadn’t begun removing hers. “You know the rules Kara, boots off.”
“I know,” Kara blushed. “But it’s just that I’m so used to being invulnerable that they’re not really boots. They’re actually kind of soft. Are you sure I can’t just leave them on?”
Jen thought about the few times she went on missions barefoot. Usually nothing could hurt her feet either, but she hated getting them all dirty. But wearing light boots like her new friend was something she hadn’t thought of. “How do I know you’re not cheating? Come on...” Jen encouraged her, removing her other boot, putting her feet in front of her.
Kara sighed, then pulled off her boots, sitting them beside her. “Ready when you are.” She said, a playful smirk replaced her usual friendly smile.
“Computer... run program. TMF-1998 designates Kara and Jen.” The Computer beeped to life at the sound of Jen’s voice, and spoke in its own computerized tone.
“Right away Miss Walters, will you be rejoining the team? I can have your room prepared.”
“Yes, that would be great. One for my friend as well. She’s visiting from out of town.” Jen grinned in anticipation as tentacles bound her arms behind her back.
“Very good,” The Computer spoke. “I’ll prepare them right away. Welcome back Miss Danvers.”
“And I thought the Fortress of Solitude was impressive. I need something like this in my apartment.” Kara said, as her arms and ankles were bound with the synthetic kryptonite. She felt weaker for certain, but without any ill effects that kryptonite usually had.
She Hulk’s mind flickered back to the last time she and Supergirl got together. They were engaging in some girl talk, and the subject of their weirdest cases came up. For Shulkie, the first thing that came to mind was her battle with the Hulk robot. Tickling her sides with spinning feathers. Fortunately she was able to break free.
For Supergirl, it was the time Joker and Harley Quinn had captured her. Kara had been hit with kryptonite gas and temporarily lost her powers. The villainous pair took the opportunity to tickle her nearly out of her mind. Luckily Batgirl came to the rescue. What she never told anyone was that she actually didn’t mind Harley so much, but Joker was sadistic.
But this was going to be different, a playful competition between friends. The loser had to buy dinner.
As the computer began to count down, both of them squealed in anticipation. Nobody would have thought that two grown adults, both of them among the most powerful beings on their respective Earths, were insanely ticklish.
As the nubs at the end of the robotic tentacles began to probe the two pairs of soft sensitive feet, each had their own reaction. She Hulk began laughing out loud immediately. Supergirl tried her hardest to stifle her. Her feet weren’t her worst spot, but once it reached her tummy, it would be all over.
What neither of them knew was that the FF had slightly delayed their mission. Reed and Sue had dropped Franklin and Valeria off with Squirrel Girl, while Johnny stayed behind to run a final security check.
“Well what do we have here?” He said as he ran through the building’s cameras. She Hulk he knew, but the blonde was definitely a cutie. He grabbed and handful of popcorn kernels and popped them in his hand. He turned up the volume, sat back, and watched the show.

What I love most about your art is how you capture the sense that they’re enjoying it. The look on Supergirl’s face is so cute.
