The best way to blend with two contrasting colors is to set up your palette ahead of time -- like I take a red and a blue and blend them together with a hard brush set to airbrush and "other dynamics" and to blend the colors together on the picture, eyedrop in between the shades and use the eyedropped shades. DOES THAT MAKE SENSE? I guess what I'm trying to say is "blend your color palette first" XDDDD

Pssst, I have a palette with blue and red mixed I made in Painter's palette mix feature ... I could cap it and give you a little JPEG of it. It's super useful

This is mostly the shadows/highlights. On top of this I add some peach/pink tones Depending on the mood of the picture.
