The Three Kingdoms

On Doomsday, 21st December 2012, the barrier between imagination and reality was smashed, throwing characters, locations and objects into the real world. Within hours, The Bad Apple Incident sends the entire planet into conflict.
By the end of the day, three kingdoms controlled the entire world, separated by barriers:
Hatsune Miku's Yamaha Kingdom
Hakurei Reimu's Gensokyo
Suzumiya Haruhi's North High Colony

One year later, Haruhi decides to to start an invasion, triggering far more than she wanted.

Yamaha Kingdom Profiles

Hatsune Miku, the leader of the Yamaha Kingdom, controls the majority of the northern hemisphere and in turn has the resource advantage, though does not hold the territorial advantage, which Haruhi holds.
Miku and the vast majority of the Kingdom's power figures are Vocaloids or other androids and thus manage the entire Kingdom very efficiently. Everyone who is capable of working is forced into industry, noticeably construction, programming and maintenance, are made to work full seven day weeks and are required to obey a heavily enforced curfew.
Miku prefers not to leave her headquarters, Crypton Studios, in London, Yamaha's capital city as she is fully aware that Haruhi consistently observes their activities.
Yamaha is protected by the Sonic Barrier that blocks Haruhi's powers and dissolves objects that pass through it using highly concentrated sound waves. However, North High notes that it is not impenetrable.

Black★Rock Shooter is Hatsune Miku's personal bodyguard and the leader of the Black Squad, the enforcers of Order over the Yamaha Kingdom. As such, Black is the Kingdom's most politically powerful human. However, this does not mean much as, even though Miku regularly seeks Black's opinion on important matters, Black is outranked by many, noticeably all the Vocaloids and UTAU personas, and is not qualified for a voting position. Black, however, does not care for politics and will diligently follow orders.
Black and her Squad are always busy, the Kingdom covering the majority of the northern hemisphere, the population of which quadrupled after Doomsday, leading to overpopulation and civil unrest. As such, she shares her responsibilities with Kagamine Rin, Miku's right hand and leader of the Stray Posse, the Kingdom's secret service as well as the Enforcer of Law.

Gensokyo Profiles

Hakurei Reimu, the leader of Gensokyo, controls the Pacific and the majority of America. Despite having the longest border, Gensokyo benefits from controlling the United States of America, in which many fictional facilities appeared during Doomsday, mostly research.
Reimu is considered the cause of The Bad Apple Incident that initially started the conflict.
All residents of Gensokyo are required to make regular 'rent' payments per person to the government. People that are unable to or cannot be paid for by others are evicted from their property and are moved to cramped estates. Normal houses are a valuable commodity after the huge population increase from Doomsday. It should be noted the rent money does reenter the economy.
The capital of Gensokyo is Hawaii, where Reimu usually resides. Reimu is usually not bothered by Haruhi's observation.
Officially, Reimu is ranked under Shikieiki, who is The Law, but de facto, Reimu is the true leader.

Hong Meiling is officially Hakurei Reimu's personal bodyguard though this position is held de facto by Kirisame Marisa, the Captain of the Guard. De facto, Meiling has no real rank and must have her proposals be supported by higher powers and is still technically the Gatekeeper and Gardener of the Scarlet Devil Mansion.
Her rise to power occurred during Doomsday as her brute strength proved effective against both Kingdom and Colony forces.
Meiling's responsibility as the leader of the Meiling Knights is to enforce order over Gensokyo, the population tripling during Doomsday. However, the United States of America's population alone quintupled and being the scene of The Bad Apple Incident, order is enforced with an iron fist over the former superpower.
Meiling has a huge grudge against Miku and the Yamaha Kingdom for occupying China. However, as no information passes through the Hakurei Barrier surrounding Gensoyko, she is not aware that the Colony occupies the majority of the country.

North High Colony Profiles

Suzumiya Haruhi, the leader of the North High Colony, controlling a considerable section of the southern hemisphere. However, North High also includes outer space.
On Doomsday, Haruhi entered late into the conflict and was used to her newfound god powers, hence both Reimu and Miku being able to establish their respective Barriers before Haruhi could reach her full potential and hence her relatively lack of Earth's territory.
Apart from a single person called Naluri, there is no resistance to North High command as Haruhi has complete control over her territory.
Cities feature extensions, called Districts, that have tall residential skyscrapers called Arks that newcomers from Doomsday reside in.
Tokyo is North High's capital city and the location of District 1. However, Haruhi prefers to observe Earth from the Normandy SR-2, a spacecraft.
North High has no actual Barrier like the other two Kingdoms but due to Haruhi's godlike powers, the term 'Divine Barrier' refers to the Colony's border as Haruhi would know immediately know if anyone crosses it. However, Gensokyo notes that it is not completely foolproof.

Izumi Konata is Suzumiya Haruhi's personal bodyguard and is ranked the second highest under Haruhi herself and just above Nagato Yuki, the Military Marshal.
Officially, Konata and the rest of the Lucky Corps enforce order throughout the North High Colony, which saw just over a tripling of its population due to Doomsday. However, resistance is practically non-existent so Konota deals with armed forces recruitment.
As she is most commonly recognised with her school uniform, Konata did not change her attire to increase her influence.
Konata detests Hakurei Reimu and Gensokyo for occupying Kyoto, Japan, and leads the Kyoto Alliance that counts Haruhi, Tainaka Ritsu, who is Captain of the Guard, and Tsukimiya Ayu, who is the Voice of the Law, among its members.

Some of you may remember I said I would "probably turn [The Three Empresses] into a wallpaper in the future."
Then what did I go and do? I turned Order into a wallpaper instead.
Then after I made all those little changes to The Three Empress, I thought I'd merge them together.

I only made a few changes to The Three Empress, Reimu's expression, and updating the emblems on their chairs.
Order went through a lot of changes, ignoring the whole adding the lower body thing. Black definitely took the longest time or rather, her cannon did. And then Miku and her chair ends up covering it anyway. I did attempt to add Black's flaming eye but I can't seem to do it without Black seeming unaware of the camera's direction.

So yeah... It's not a wallpaper. Yet.

Oh, yeah, I know it seems right heavy. Blame Meiling (for being big) and Konata (for being small).
