second redesign of this character, and I love it SO much more! broke away from stiff anatomy and made her resemble the body of an actual oarfish a lot closer (before, it was very stout and sticking to general sea/night anatomy), those are my favorite sea creature so I was always hoping to do this character some justice!they're a seawing-nightwing hybrid, a large older dragon oracle who sits with a pirate crew called The Royal Pain who steals from royalty and flaunt their jewelry and riches
