It's a fanmade, hand drawn hybrid between the Flightmare and the Silver Phantom.

This specific dragon is named Shrouded Veil. She's the last of her kind, which one of the reasons why there are tears in her eyes.

Petrifying Phantasms are solitary dragons, like both their parents. They're very hard to spot, as they fly at great heights and for very long periods of time. The only way to tame one is to figure out its flight pattern, which is to follow streams of glowing algae, their main source of food, and to have great patience to wait until one lands, which is rare, as there is only one left in the world.
