So I went to a Renaissance festival this weekend...and it was so much fun! I needed an excuse to fursuit, and dragons and Renaissance go together quite well, so I'm like, "Why not?"It was a blast, and got a ton of pictures and hugs. The staff even gave this little dragon plushie simply because, and I quote, "You're just so awesome. Here, just take it. You earned it."
It was really nice to get out of the house and do something different for a change. I'll definitely return some day, so hide your wenches and your ale. :3

I only went on Saturday though. It was so much fun!! I bought one of those blue bottles for infinite refills of root beer and I was about to buy a marshmallow catapult *w* but I decided to save my money...
I also saw someone with red fox ears and a tail, and later that day I saw a cat fursuiter, I think it was a cat... I'm always too shy to ask for a hug and a picture though... >///w///>

Yes, yes, I have two fursuits. :3 Although my dragon one has been getting a little neglected since I got Luxray... God, this one is SOOOOOO much more comfortable. (Awesome as Luxray is, it takes help to fully get him on and he can get pretty uncomfortable at times.)
Saturday was the day I was there as well. I think I remember the ears and tail person, but I didn't spy any other fursuiters.
I'm debating about going back this weekend, but signs are pointing to "no." Because, well, ya know, money...

I KNOOWWWW. It's so freaking expensive. 16 bucks to get in?? In one day I spent like 60 bucks. That place is like a small Disney World. But there's sooo much there I want... I saw a spinney ring with a tiny dragon wrapped around it for $20 and I ALMOST got it. So prescious. X3
Did Luxray-san or the dragon fursuit cost more? You get them from the same person or not?

I didn't even buy anything while there. But I was glad to get a souvenir at least. The guy working there said "I've been here for 10 years, and this is the best fucking thing I've seen. I almost pissed myself when I saw you." XD Then BAM! Free plushie! And it's cute as hell!!!
Anyways, they were "kinda" the same, but Luxray cost $100 more due to shipping bullcrap. Drace was a custom commission from the Furducers ([link] ), while Luxray was auctioned off by ([link] ).
