OMG! Chapter 61 just came out 8D ! of course I made time in my busy schedule for THIS! The first REAL look at Leo's eyes
...Leo is so femenine xD he looks pretty much like Alice in this :/ oooh, maybe they are related...somehow xDDid this really quickly, sorry if it's not up to standard, but I wanted to get it done by today xD Oh my goodness me =.= clearing all of the writing that was in this page was such a pain xD
EDIT: Oh yeah, I changed the colour of his eyes to black/yellow, since someone translated that they were black but 'reflected golden lights' or something like that :/ ...he had to be awkward xD
I don't own Pandora Hearts...Jun Mochizuki does, and she drew this, I just coloured it in ^^

Well, Jun likes to make people's eyes seem different colours xD but she confirmed in a blog entry that his eyes were black, but she liked to draw them reflecting golden lights ^^

Beautiful coloring! Everybody has been making his eyes purple! So this is refreshing <3 This chapter TT__TT It. Was. Amazing.
There's a rumor that Glen was Alice and Alyss's father...soooo x3 But actually, I've noticed that quite a few characters look a lot alike... Take Vincent and Break for example. There where plenty of times I was like IS THAT--- No, right that's Vincent! lol.

Yeah, I actually first coloured his eyes purple, but then when I found out they were black and 'reflected gold' or something, I changed it xD Yeah, there is that rumour, cause Alice and Glen have the same eye colour and were living at the same time and all xD
Yeah, I thought that Vincent and Break look similar (mostly when they have their wide-eyed psycho faces on xD) but they're not related at all ( and if they are, that's messed up to the extreme...even for PH xD). I think it's just Jun's style ^^ there was one time I even thought that Jack was Break in one panel, and they don't look anything alike at all xD

Base colours
Picking the correct colours to shade is just all down to practice...when I first started colouring, I was AWFUL at choosing which colours to shade with, but when you get the right ones it makes a heck of a difference
I am a HUGE fan of the dodge and burn tool (on photoshop)! Not everyone uses them to shade, but after adding some shading over my base coat, I like to go over with the dodge and burn tools, burn first, dodge after
Haha, explaining is hard xD I already told someone that I would eventually think about doing a tutorial xP don't know when, but I will try to at some point ^^

Actually, you shouldn't post manga colourings on deviantART at all, cuz it's against the rules, but you colour them so nicely~~

I know! >.< I was half expecting Jun to not let us see Vincent and Leo this chapter, but they dominate the entire thing! So many shocking things this chapter 8D my brain was like, exploding by the end, and at LAST, the eyes!

Well they also say that if they spot anyone breaching these rules, they will delete it...and there are enough manga colourings on DA to have been noticed by now, so they're obviously not too fussed xD I'll keep doing it until I do otherwise. I am not selling anything...if anything i'd rather think of it as promoting Jun's artwork! xD

This is why they don't notice/delete them immediately: [link] 8D Maybe they even have to find every page or panel that was edited to be able to prove that it really isn't the deviant's work and delete it only then.
You can actually draw and colour well, but must people who post manga colourings can't even colour decently. -___-

Yeah, I do see where you're coming from, and that's true :/ It's my personal belief however, that I am not asking for anything in return, if anything I WANT people to go read the manga, cause it's absolutely awesome 8D (and i've purchased some of the volumes already, so i'm contributing!
