Description
This actually took me a couple of on and off years to finish actually. The ultimate level I could never quite pin down even though I knew what I wanted while the mega I ended up changing and constantly redoing the design over and over until I was satisfied with it. I guess you could say this line was about 5 years in the making. Over the years the lower levels design did change a bit but didn't fluctuate as much as the last two, DemiMantimon probably has the lest change of them. The champion I ended up fixing the design slightly from my original/first iteration of it while the baby forms got a slight change to be in line with the lotus flower that is present throughout the line, "The but of the fresh level is a lotus seed while the leaf on Larvamon was changed to more of a Lilly pad).

Despite this camouflage, it does not trick the resident TigerVespamon who attacks them due to their thievery. In spite of this, many VespaMantimon end up helping the Fanbeemon collect data if they happen to get along with the other denizens of the hive. Despite their reliance on stealth, Mantidmon are ferocious fighters thanks to their cleaver-like forearms that can easily chop down foes [Lace Cleaver]. If the fight is not in their favour, they can shoot small seed-like bombs from their abdomen creating a smokescreen that will allow them an easy escape or disorient the foe [Pod Shooter]. No Vespa Mantimon’s markings are ever the same, the pattern on the thorax have proven to be linked to what they evolved from. There is also a rumor that the more stripes a VespaMantimonmon has the stronger it is and/or more likely it will be to digivolve into a TigerVespamon, but more research has to be done to confirm it.
