this is tbh a rlly ugly piece of art. the head, hair, neck and shoulders look amazing, and so does the coloring, but the faces look like they are staring right into my soul lmao. the eyes on star aren't all that bad (although her ear is a bit too big), and marco's mouth and mole doesn't look bad either, it's the noses, star's smile and marco's eyes.Β
I'd suggest to try to give star a more... well, less realistic mouth, and make it look a bit more unique in a way, yknow? and the noses, i'd suggest just looking at something else completely bc they are about 12 shades too dark for the face, go up and stiop way too low/high.
don't get me wrong, you have potential, but you should REALLY work on some of this stuff unless you intend for it to look creepy, which idk if it was what u were going for but its what kinda happened. (oof i feel like a bitch for writing this but im tbh trying to be as nice as i can w/ the critiques oof-)

I could pretend to be offended since that's obviously what you're aiming for, except that this is a really old style experiment sooooo can't help you there.
Regardless, this is just a generally rude and unnecessary comment that you're trying to disguise as constructive criticism (there's probably a good reason why this makes you "feel like a bitch"). Maybe you should work on yourself before leaving impolite and unasked for criticisms on other people's work just because they didn't draw your faves the way you wanted.
For future reference no 'critiques' should include, let alone begin with, "this art is ugly". That's not a critique.
