I gotta say this has been an awesome chapter dude! and I'm gonna call it right now, Chapter four is gonna focus on Donna trying to deal with Cindy like she was doing with TANK.
OR, Cindy would be saved for Chapter 5 and Chapter 4 will finally introduce tiffany and her Ninja Clan

I am starting to notice a sort of underlying trend to your Donna Limber comics. Are the following chapters all going to follow this same structure too?
Like as follows:
1. Donna Limber is at first out minding her own business, and being a stretchy girl, perhaps encountering some sort of personal problem too.
2. Black Chaos, like the Rita Repulsa/Queen Beryl-esque foe he is, sends out a random Monster-of-The-Week baddie, to cause, well, chaos, as part of his plans to rule the world.
3. Donna rushes in to save the day.
4. Black Chaos's Monster of the Week and Donna confront each other, and the Monster of The Week manages to get the upper hand in some way or another.
5. Donna feels down thinking that her opponent is too strong.
6. That Masked Trenchcoat Mystery Man arrives and gives Donna a pep talk and/or some advice on how to beat the Monster of the Week.
7. Donna braves up, and uses his encouragement or advice, then proceeds to beat the said Monster of the Week.
8. Black Chaos grovels in anger that his plans have been thwarted.
9. Donna gets back to living her life.
10. Some random thing happens that sort of advances the plot (like the ending here).
11. Rinse and repeat for the next chapter.
