Description
The last main villain for Draco's series. Not much is really known of this mysterious sorcerer. Only that he's Queen Nebula's "adviser" and partner and that he goes by the name Llepskrad. This is actually the villain Ptolemy is more concerned with. To him Nebula is more of a spoiled brat who needs a good spanking. But Llepskrad, he knows things that shouldn't be common knowledge. He knew where to find Ptolemy's secret island, about his life's work, he even has control over creatures that shouldn't be controlled by any mere mortal. These creatures are more commonly referred to as Shadowghosts and Ptolemy hasn't seen these heartless, undying beasts since he defeated and sealed away their creator and master so many centuries ago! Seeing these creatures again makes Ptolemy think Llepskrad has other plans in mind and that the evil force he defeated might be trying to come back!What do you think?

But I can do a lot of cartoon art, I got my own story on how it all started, character stories and more. I can tell you a bit about of how the great "Age Of The Toons" began.

Well, it all began on earth on march 6 year 2013. That was the birthday of my little Character Javier Reyes. He got a ticket to the Norwalk City Museum. (The museum does not actually exist by the way) Once he made his was through most of the museum, he found something that would change his life forever. The pencil in the eraser stone! It was created long ago by a strange group of beings with artistic talent far greater than man. Only the chosen one can pull this tool from it's imprisonment. A clue on how could that person is "Only a person that acts like a loon, can also draw art with cartoons" Reyes always like toons and was strange enough to behave like one when no one was looking. SO he gave it a shot, and what do you know. It slid clean off the eraser stone. Want to continue this little tale of this young boy?

Ok *clears throat* After a mighty tug un the pencil, he hits himself with the pencil hard enough to knock him out cold. He was left I the museum for the entire day, leaving him lock inside. While he was knocked out, he dreamed how life would be If he live in a world of toons. As he was dreaming, the pencil responded by opening up at the tip of the lead to release a flow of magic and small robot drones. You see, when the pencil was created, it was crafted in different worlds. One of them is a magical place where magic was use every day in a daly live. While the other was filled with technology that only we can dream of inventing. Both of there properties where put into the pencil to help bring the ideas of what the chosen one wants to bring into a reality. As the drones broke down the walls and floors of the museum, the flow of magic turned them into a brightly colored material, much like cartoon colored walls. The drones destroyed what was not needed and the magic turned the destroyed trash into something useful. As this was going on over night, the young boy will wake up in a world of his imagination.

The toon world is every inch more enchanting than the boring, regular real world anyhow. However, the toon world's quite an extremely nice place to visit someday. It's because that it's so chock-full of talking inanimate objects and toons who likely to have body parts with separate personalities whilst they're detached--It's quite phenomenal, really!! The toon world's exploding with infinite possibilities, but there's no bloodshed, it's just perfect, I guess.

You see, I wasn't conflicting with anyone, but that's quite a really interesting story and all. BTW: I'm agreeing with what you're saying is a well-known story. Although, I'm 110% sure that cartooniness can beat realism 10 to 1. So, rest assured, my friend.

That is a very nice complement. Well once he learns how to control it properly, he's starting to bring all of his art work to life, OC, fan art and many more. However with all of these toons running around, they have started to get out of control. Will all the falling anvils, pianos and refrigerator, innocent lives where lost. Don't worry though, the creators where ready for this and gave the pencil the power to bring back the one killed by the toons. However, a general who is the leader of the worlds S.A.F.E Department was not happy with all this mayhem. This it he "Save. Anyone.From.Enemies" Department. They tryed to control the toons but only Reyes and control them mostly. Reyes was then put responsible to keep them under control. As the years went by the toons became more calm and friendly to humans. However this was not good for Reyes because he was becoming to old to live any longer. When the day finally came, where he was about to pass away. He created something to help him solve his problem. As he was putting the last touches. The new replacement leader of the S.A.F.E department found this an opportunity to get rid of the toons for good. With their chemical called "anti toon goo"

"Anti-toon goo" is really bad stuff, man! It makes the world a really platitudinous place to live in. I wanna live in a world where it's full of cartooniness and wonder, but without the bloodshed because that bloodshed's overrated. BTW: I do like the old Honey Nut Cheerios commercials where the mouths stretch out of the kids' faces telling the eyes that the Honey Nut Cheerios are huge which that they're not huge, but only the taste of them is huge. However, the toon world is quite an awfully fun place to live in.

Well it's about to get better. As the the replacement general, or general Luigi is his name was about to launch his troops to wipe out the toons off the face of the planet. Reyes was done with his "replacement" body. He created an empty toon body for that the magic of the pencil can bring his spirit into to the hollow body. Hours later before the huge metal doors open to send the troops to exterminate the toons. They where busted open and the two doors where sent flying over the troops and crashed behind them. As the smoke cleared, a toon in a green shirt, brown baggy pants, Over sized brown shoes, and a black top hat walked across the cold metal floor. As the troops stood still in fear as the powerful cartoon stopped and gave them a long stare with his swirling glasses and a wide grin that gave them chills up their spines. The toon removed his glasses to reveal two empty eye sockets filled with darkness. He stated, "Greetings, I am the one and only Javier Reyes. I'm here to say that I am leaving earth. However I will take your moon as a home for me and my loony friends. I fid you, fair well" With a snap of his fingers, he disappeared in a puff of smoke.

Thank you my friend. As the moment Reyes left the toon killing troops, every toon on the planet all jumped into acme black holes to be taken to the moon. Reyes pulled out his pencil and drew a black colored cartoon bomb and threw it into the the star filled sky. The bomb grew about half the size of the moon which can bee seen clearly on earth in the sky. As soon as it grew into it's maximum size, it exploded into blobs of rainbow colored paint and splattered the entire moon. As soon as the moon was socked in rainbow paint, it shook around as if it was a tiny puppy getting the water out of it's fur. Once the paint was gone, it reviled itself as a backwater planet like earth with continents on it's watery surface. As soon as all the toons got the paint off of their bodies, they got to work on building their homes all over the newly designed moon. As the toons were building their civilization, news all over earth saying, "A new planet has replaced the moon to serve as a home world for the toons". This news however put General Luigi in a bad mood, he stormed out of his command post and into his space lab. He shouted, "I want all of you to design a space ship space worthy to get to that planet! I want it filled with the anti toon goo to get rid those hooligans out of our solar system. What Is this mad man planing for our toon pals, stay tune for the next message.
