Hmmmm, is it just me or is it a bit on the errrr small side? Also could you be able to wright up a quick personality bio for him (I will assume its is a Him) like what he likes and dislikes ect... And if you have done one then please link it, I am unable to find it.

o Color: Black scales, Bright green wing/ear membranes and underbelly, Dark green back spines

o Voice: My voice sounds like Cassie, the little bluebird from the New Adventures of Winnie the Pooh, episode "Find her, Keep her". or a less squealy yoshi :3
Im a very small dragon but a very HAPPY very small dragon! i love everything and the world and its inhabitants! i just want to be loved. I have a high affinity for animals, and usually can be found with a grasshopper or frog or some critter on my shoulder or playing with one. I am very tiny but it does not pose a problem for me and i enjoy it very much! I have been told im kinda naive in a childlike way and pure of heart. im kinda shy, but if i get to know you ill love you forever!
im black and green, my tail has a little green flame on it, my ears love to wiggle, i have a magic pouch like a kangaroo on my tummy. My scales have little needle points about an inch long that settle into grooves on the scales under them, and i can raise my scales like a wolf raises the hair on the back of his neck to make myself all spikey and such. I have five green stripes down my back. I love to play fetch, tag, checkers, whatever ^^
About my past, i am the reincarnation of the babylonian goddess Tiamat. by now i have gone through so many lives that the memory is all but gone, my powers buried deep inside although i am learning every day. due to my lineage, i am immune to a few things that most dragons are afflicted by: dragonsbane, dracomancers though i may be more inclined to follow them out of curiosity, death (i always reform ^^), and any spells/magic/poisons/etc that target or affect dragons.
a common question...why am i small? well, my species of dragon is small because we are an herbivorous species of dragon that live in the rainforest. if we were any bigger, wed get stuck in the trees! XD ill never grow larger than a german shepard.
Powers:
o Earth Element lv 3, can precisely control earth and anything organic. can condense said material into crystal or gems, and form complex forms with said material.
o Wind Element lv 1, can control small gusts of wind movement.
o Water Element lv 1, can control small amounts of standing water.
o Fire Element lv 2, can breathe small amounts of fire. can create fire to an extent.
o Teleport lv 1, i have to be able to see where im teleporting.
o Speacial Visions lv 2: I can blink my eye once, with a click much like that of a camera, and any kind of vision i can think of i will see with up to one mile.
o Healer lv 2, can heal minor wounds.
o Piercing Beam lv 1, a tiny straw thin beam of pure light. it pierces anything i target, but only pierces the target. it negates any and all effects, including energy attacks. Upgrades at every 5th level.
o Extreme Speed, by raising my vibration i can move extremely fast (think Hammy when he drank the soda in Over The Hedge 
o Color Change, not really a power but my scales, like iguanas, change color instantly and may vary according to my mood or emotions. well, an octopus might be a better example.
