Gods, drawing this was a major pain in the arse
I just couldn't get Draco right. Still, I'm not really pleased with the result but oh well. Could be worse.First off, I didn't base this on some fanfiction so this is merely a product of a disturbed mind. (mine
*lol*)Goody. Let's see, what have we here? An utterly depressed Hermione who's still mourning for, let's say, her fiancée Harry Potter. She's unwilling to look Draco in the eyes as she believes him to be responsible for Harry's death (when in fact, he isn't) ... (isn't he?

Wonderfully coloured (hate that word), looks more like paint, but nonetheless wonderful job. And Draco looks almost as sexy as his father! Great job on Hermione, she looks beautiful. And the background/people are very well done, I like the guy to the far right he has a mixed emotion type look to his face.

My favourite I think simply HAS to be Hermione! You've portrayed her SO realistically! I 
Speaking of Malfoy *fans self* He's lookin' might fine there! 
I can see how some people's comments *mine included* have been so long for this amazing composition! Well I think that the story behind this is... *drum roll* That Malfoy saved her life *on the battlefield or something like that* and I guess he couldn't save Harry or Ron and she feels that she should have died with them, but Malfoy saved her and she's all miserable, guilty and feeling that she is in Malfoy's debt *which I don't think she'd like considering he's Malfoy (even though I believe HG/DM forever!!!) * and possibly he's blackmailing her or giving her teh guily trip coz he saved her life to get her to so some thing.... and yeah... I really don't know what I'm talking about do it? 
Finally, I'd just like to say I LOVE it!!! 
Well that's certainly enough out of me! I'll be quite and let other people review this BRILLIANT deviation!

I'm glad that you liked my thoughts! I liked yours too, I just wasn't sure if it fit with the 'I shouldn't have saved you back there Granger, but I did' So I thought up my own. You never know, I am a writer... Perhaps I will write a short story to accompany it!

The colouring wasn't really difficult. The only thing I had major problems with were the outlines of Dracos face... and still, it didn't turn out the way I wanted.
Actually, there's no particular story behind this. This scene just sorta popped up in my mind one day. But feel free to write a fanfiction on it! I'd be more than honoured!

You certainly cannot compare drawing with a pen with using a mouse. The "hardest" part was to get used to the pen and looking at the monitor instead of a sheet of paper, but you really get used to it very very quickly.
I always kept wondering how people like *enayla or *blackeri achieved such realistic results and now I see it's actually not really that difficult. The tip and the rubber-end are pressure-sensitive you don't even have to change the settings to change the thickness/opacity of your brush. Also, it saves your time, nerves and heaps of paper
