Yes it's inspired from the song 'Lithium', which as I've heard from Lith, is the inspiration of her self character as well.
One of the final scenes of Shadeshifter....I gotta hope I can make this part without crying too much X'DDDDD
The bluish white light is supposed to represent Salece, if you can guess what that means. I'm not saying x3
Yeah I drew this in Gimp because Lith likes my Gimp works the best, so yeah XD
I'M SORRY IT'S NOT YOUR COMMISSION BUT THIS IS A DECENT REASON WHY I DIDN'T DO IT RIGHT?!?! XD

Yes, but dark storylines are the greatest! (At least in my tastes) they work with your emotions, gets you thinking. I love them!
They story behind Red Night`s birth is very dark. I am very unsure how to execute it, but it wont be for a while anyway! XD

When I imagine the ending part of Shadeshifter I start to cry, so it makes me wonder if I'll be able to make it, but I WILL make it xDDD Those last few episodes are going to be TORTURE but I can't wait to do the part of Trin epically attacking out of the sky. It's going to be in the main opening x3

OOOh I so want to know the ending, but at the same time I don`t. I love reading something I don`t see coming, and I especially love reading/watching endings - I love all kinds of endings except Bad ones. I watched an anime that had a "everything you did was in vain" kind of ending, I wont spoil what it is but It affected me for weeks. Still an awesome anime, I love things that make you think about it long after it`s done! Wolf`s Rain did that to me for about a year heheheh
By the time we get to the endings, just imagine what kind of animators we will be. We would pick up tips and get so much better at it!
Shadeshifter is nothing like Naruto! Ive watched enough Naruto to know that. Since when did Shade become a ninja? Shade doesn`t have a nine tailed fox demon inside of her. Etc. People always compare all the time. -_-''''''

Don't worry I'm not telling, the only one who knows it Lith XD She helped me work on a certain special appearance in it as well which hints at a sequel at possibly the strongest scene.
Ah the ending isn't like that. It has a more, "you've overcome your obstical" kind of proud/accomplished feel. GAAH NOW I WANNA WORK ON IT XD

Really the only thing similar is that Dokuro was sealed inside her, but it's for different reasons than the Fox was sealed inside Naruto.
