Scrapped because I only drew the clothing, and that's just flat colored.My contest entry for =VioletFeathers 's contest do design her character Ciara an outfit. I LOVE designing clothes, especially for characters, so I jumped on it.
Something to note is that the rings can help her to channel electricity better, and can even store it for later use. Just an idea. C=
