Meet Garreth Datsune, yet another of Shockwave's descendants. He's 15 and incredibly mentally unstable. To put it short, he has issues with family.

Anyway, I really like this picture. I took extra care with the inking specifically, and I hope to use what I learned on future drawings.

I absolutely fail with backgrounds.
