A resident of the stone flats, and a rather bombastic individual, Aral is one villager you won’t soon forget. Having spent most of her life living in a burrow out amongst the dunes and boulders she rarely seeks out the company of other Stone Villagers. This may be partly due to their repulsion to her appearance, that which being her tail. The ancestors to the Okotoans were of reptilian nature, and indeed the Villagers today exhibit several reptilian traits, but Aral is the first to be born in over 9,000 years that possessed a tail, and a very long one at that. Despite its deadly appearance, it is used more as a “third arm”, and because of its prehensility it is often raised in the air whenever she is moving about. The other reason she doesn’t spend much time around actual settlements is because she feels more at home in her subterranean recluse with her siblings and all her little reptilian Rahi friends. She has a younger sister and brother, both of whom reside in separate chambers in an underground labyrinth. Neither of her siblings have anomalous physical characteristics, which makes her tail all the more peculiar. The Rahi were all rescues from various points in her life and are all of different shapes and sizes. One is very skinny, one is rather plump, and another one is freakishly spiky, but she loves them all the same. She has quite the fascination with reptilian Rahi, particularly of the ancient kind, and she herself has set her sights on wrangling a certain beast that lives in a canyon close-by to her…

In her spare time(which is pretty much all of it), she has experimented with harnessing elemental energy, and has come up with a form of energy sword which effectively “glasses” all material it comes in contact with. She has had to use this weapon on several occasions, namely when the Warmonger Rergen attempted to invade her burrow. She has also taken to creating artificial constructs, tiny automatons of several anthropomorphised Rahi, mostly out of boredom but also due to the fact that she had bore witness to such creatures before, in a different time. Of the Villagers she is acquainted with, she is very friendly and easily-humoured, and has taken to spreading textual and visual memetics around the region just for the hell of it.
