Description I figured I may as well try to recreate one of my oldest self-MOCs from my childhood as opposed to using Re-Tongu as one.
In case you couldn't already tell, his name is just my name in reverse. I took a few cues from Cyber Gomora in remaking him.

Nitsua was one of the original residents of Spherus Magna after it reformed. He wasn't a part of a particular Toa team, he just sort of drifted around. His origins are relatively unknown, since he was one of the many escapees of the Mata Nui robot. All that is known about him is that he is a Toa of Water with excellent night-vision and that he has been around since the time of Metru Nui. He lived a rather carefree life on Spherus Magna, always trying to get along with others and caring for the numerous Rahi. He never really had any combat practice as a Toa, however he was able to destroy several dangerous entities by himself, including a pair of Guurahk which he found wandering in a forest.

He used to have a dragon-like Rahi companion on Spherus Magna called Dracihpa, but he was tragically killed when a larger dragon Rahi attacked them. After a brutal struggle the beast severed Dracihpa's head and tossed his body into a large chasm. Blinded by rage Nitsua cut the dragon-beast down and destroyed its body using his modified Thornax Launcher. While his body was no more, Dracihpa's spirit still lived on, and Nitsua adorned his Great Ruru with the skull of his former ally, so that he may call upon his fighting spirit in dire times.

After spending some time living out his life on Spherus Magna, he spotted a strange being making its way towards a huge set of boulders. Nitsua followed it to the boulders, eventually ending up in an underground chamber beneath the boulders. The being and Nitsua caught a glimpse of each other, but before Nitsua could react the being took off down a long corridor. He gave chase to the entity, unaware that the chamber had just sealed behind him. He watched as the creature dove off a ledge and came to a screeching halt. When he peered over the ledge, he saw a huge portal at the bottom, and the silhouette of the being getting smaller and smaller as it neared said portal. Under most circumstances he would've retreated by now, but something about this entity was very off to him, so Nitsua dove after it into the portal.

After passing through, he found himself in the night sky plummeting towards a vast ocean with no landmasses in sight! Readjusting himself in mid-air, he broke the surface of the water with no sign of the mysterious entity. Using his in-built impellers he travelled forth across the ocean to where he could detect a faint signal. However he didn't realise until too late that the water he was swimming in was full of some kind of mutagen, which began changing the shape and composition of his armour. Thankfully he was able to escape this danger zone before it took too much of an effect, but his front torso plating, upper legs, part of his lower legs and feet were severely altered. He began to grow weak after what seemed like days swimming across this endless ocean, until one night he saw six coloured comets falling out of the sky, towards a large island. Now knowing that land was near, he sped off towards the impact point of the comets. However he ended up exerting himself and wound up passing out just as several smaller islands came into view.

He awoke on the shore of one of these isles, and after regaining his composure and strength set off in search of inhabitants. He came across so many Rahi that he had never seen before, but so far no signs of intelligent life. He reached the other side of the isle and looked out to see the bigger landmass that the isle was connected to. At its centre was a huge mountain, with ranges stretching as far as the eye could see. From what he could tell, each mountain range bordered a different elemental region, as he saw snow falls in the distance to his right, and a lush tropical jungle to his left. Now in a strange new world, Nitsua has set off towards the mainland in search of sentient beings, or at the very least answers to where he is...

Nitsua's armament includes an Aquablade, a modified Thornax Launcher, leg spikes, in-built impellers and water emitters on his wrists.

Very nice backstory. A bit like the story of one of my self-MOCs, Torak. Travelling around, helping whoever or whatever he can however he can. Very nice looking build too.

Can you please do a tutorial on the body design?

I'm thinking about it. Do you just want to see the necessary parts or the actual build process?

Wow. You're so lucky to have a blue Great Ruru. I've had to spraypaint a black one blue since I could not afford one on Bricklink.

Last time I checked they weren't that expensive, though they've probably changed a bit since then. My Ruru came from Sarda from the Karzahni set.

So you got the actual set?

Yep! The only titan set I ever got as a child. In fact Nitsua himself is using one of Karzahni's torso pieces.

I wish I could have gotten the set.

I'm honestly shocked that it's so hard to come by, there were so many of them on store shelves, and it's not like retailers ever had low stock.

I guess I simply never got the chance to get one I guess.

Interesting (though The Bio-Nerd in me wonders how he's male despite being a Toa of Water?)

He's a Glatorian, which makes him an entirely seperate creature (sorry, I'm a nerd whe it come to this stuff)

If you were a nerd when it comes to this stuff, you'd know that Tarix is a former Glatorian. He officially became a Toa after the reformation. Also this is a self-MOC that I've built and re-built many times since I got the Karzhani set, he's always been a Toa of Water and I have no intention of changing that.

Toa in title only, but if you're talking from a biological standpoint, he's still a glatorian.
