also if we're talking game magic shit, i wouldn't call thunder the 'dark' part of fire, if you mean lightning. Lightning is still heat and light, and thunder is just the sound byproduct of lightning so idk. and ice is just cold solid water, so I wouldn't see it as being any 'darker'. If you want to have 'dark' magic in a game you're working on, I think you should carefully consider and establish what 'dark' even is and means in your universe.
