Blithe: "As I mentioned before, Celestia, I love to decorate. I'll put ornamental coverings on chairs and I can make glowing light orbs float as a light source!"
Celestia: "Well now Blithe, that sounds creative! I could use your help in decorating the next Grand Galloping Gala, if you want."
Blithe: "I'd like that very much, dear Celestia."

Here is Blithe conversing with the beloved sun princess, Celestia! Now that I made the picture of him interacting with Discord, I now have him having a friendly chat with the princess of the day. Celestia was surprised when she learned about Blithe, but was pleased that the second draconequus in Equestria is friendly. Celestia, like the reformed Discord, has thought of good use for Blithe's powers, and Blithe gladly consents to using his magic benevolently for Equestria.
Now that I've shown Celestia with Blithe, I'll next have Princess Luna interact with Blithe!
