Description Brave is property of Disney.
I had to render this piece,because really loved Merida at first sight. I tried to create a poster like piece,adding her muscle frame,that is my trademark on any heroine, as well as the bear. In this particular case I tried hard to keep Merida cute young features and big eyes and head. Not as hard as I thought at the beginning. Her hair was another thing entirely and was hard work but loved the final result.
All was digital paint and Im very proud of it. Hope you like my version.

I only saw this movie reciently at a different theater than my local one. I think you captured the character very well! Of course, she wasn't as muscular as yours but yours seems to be more logical, and I appreciate that.

It would be interesting to commission you to do a picture of myself maybe next year when money isn't a 'keep or die' situation. You do very well with primitive or native american settings it seems

That story was envisioned many years ago. The main characters were a Private Eye bloodhound and his loyal partner a young and eager Fox. I abandoned that project but later came with a new idea and enhanced the characters

The Buffalo and the Antilope are some kinda rivals of them and like foul play,but are some dumb too. The Lioness is the wife of a potentially dangerous evildoer.
In present times this project awaits a revival and I wanna do it.

In present times got two on the works,just delayed by work overload,but they are pencil finished and ready to paint. One xeno girl in romantic stance and the other is some kinda dragoness. Have you ever heard about The Snooge? She is a dragon like being 10 feet tall and sexually irresistible for any male...hehe. Not my character of course,but from the same creator of Synx. Weird but sexy girl.
