Funny, I watched "The Little Mermiad" for the first time in years two nights ago...what a coincidence that I would come across this picture. Anyways, I really like the profile you've chosen for Ursula and I think you did a really nice job on the shading and the sparkle effect on her tentacles/outfit. I also gotta mention that I loved how you included Floatsam/Jetsam (it's one of the two ), people seem to forget about them.

Overall, very cool work.
