Hey guys, Madman here with another drawing/information sheet for this guy! Why is it called "final"? Because it'll probably be the last bit of info I'll reveal about him in terms of powers, design etc.

This phase will only take place if Madman has no magic inside him, at all, focusing more on his will power! It also turns his greatest weakness into an alternative power source (lightning and electricity in general) at the cost of his soul getting shattered, meaning the end of his existence! But if he does have someone he cares about and willing to give his life for that someone, then... let's say that destiny will be merciful on his soul (not really merciful, but still)!

After the strike, he's changing his aspect (as you can see here) and, as stated before, this can only happen if he runs out of magic! That means no teleportation, no telekinesis and no tricks to use, only electricity!

As of his new abilities, most of them are electricity based:
- speed, strength and reflexes are drastically increased, while his defense is dropped to the lowest level (absolute 0);
- lightning attacks consists of: thunder storm (bolts of lightning striking randomly at the target), living lightning rod (if the enemy was sent flying, he can go under him and calls down a lightning bolt that hits both Madman/for a recharge/ and the victim), static field and shock therapy (thanks to The Doctor/for mind games), electric barrier (cages people in a certain range, like a personal arena/if touched, deals additional damage);
- flash step ( if you can't teleport, use the means at hand);
- electrified spears;

Again, if not careful or caring,he risks disappearing, but if he is and tries his best to prove it, he'll get a second chance at life (only if approved by the gods)! This phase is used only once, no more chances will be given if it's used again (that means he will stay dead and eventually pass on if an attempt occurred)!

I don't think there is anything else to say about it, but if it is, I'll edit the description! This is the poorest info sheet ever done so far or maybe it is just me! What about you?
