OMG WHUT? 2 tutorials in like one week? O: O: SCANDALOUS! naw... i actually did this tut before my smokey eyes one... like the day before
but this tut is longer so I decided to up a short one first. Anyways, I didn't really like my outcome... until I played around with my pics in photoshop >D now they be pretty.This tut was requested by 2 people, whom I forget (so sorry ;~; ) ...well, they wanted Hitsugi, they didnt specify which look~ so I hope this is good enough...?
I'm still going to go through with making an FAQ for you guys~ so that should be coming up soon~ Anyways, good luck, enjoy and have fun.

oh, i just did that in photoshop...
but there are these contacts that you can put in that covers your whole eye, they're called Sclera lenses

Maybe someone's already suggested this, [I don't feel like sifting through the buttload of comments lawlz] ^-^ but have you tried applying the eyeliner above your eyeshadow? I learned through a friend that if you set the liner with eyeshadow it tends to be darker and doesn't smudge off as easily.
