Description
This is my Kyuubi Cosplay for Anime Boston 2010!I made everything you see here EXCEPT the head which was made by the insanely gifted monoyasha! It included a fan in the muzzle along with a movable jaw and interchangeable eyes!
The body has digitigrade leg padding built right into it accompanied by 5 straight and 4 curled tails which have a great bounce to them! He has big stompy feet and the claws were done with Premo Sculpey.
I know he will be a HUGE HIT!

I didn't have a lot of disposable income myself when I got this together. The head I commissioned, but the rest I made myself. It definitely saved me a lot of money!

Anime southeast tommarow I'm gunna dress in an organization robe and today I didn't have key blade but I found a metal one for fourtey dollars! So yeah this one is my first one had a great first day but I have one more day.

It's an amazing head, but you shouldn't sell yourself short. A head would be just a head without the body to complete it, and those paws are fantastic!

I am not a fursuit maker myself. I used online tutorials to teach myself how to make the body, tails, hands and feet. I commissioned the head from a professional because I am not good at making realistic style heads.

The fur was the most expensive. I think just the fur cost around 300-400 bucks. I commissioned the head and I THINK I paid about $450 for that, but I also provided some supplies.
All together I probably spent around $800ish to make it.

Haha!! Yea, they are REALLY fun for stomping around. I made them from some old platform sneakers I got from Hot Topic for some extra height. I'm super short and I wanted Kyuubi to be a little more "evil and looming" for when I got pictures taken with other cosplayers, even if it only gave me just a few more inches.... I still looked super short in all my photos though >_<

More or less 30-35ish hours all together, but it took like 2 months on and off before it was all done. That was just the body though. The head I'm sure took a long time. I commissioned it from monoyasha The head really makes the whole suit! It came out amazing and I really have her to thank ^_^
I will be bringing him back next year as well. If you go as a Kyuubi we will have to get some pictures together!

Somebody there did that and actually had the wings. They looked easy enough to make. REALLY cool too! I would think riding the elevators might be a challenge though ^_^

ya i have a picture with her but i wanted to make my wings look exactly like sasukes how they come out to the side and i found out how to do it just guna take me a while to construct...and lots of pvc pipes haha^^ but it ought to be interesting
