What did you use to color on the shrink plastic?

I use some old weird coloured pencils but now I have also prismacolor pencils for them

Huh...so, is it possible to make keychains like this just with the shrinky dinks plastic and some drawing?

Yes! You need only the plastic, some pencils and black marker and oven. Result depends just on your skills
In the USA should be posiible to buy Shrinky dinks very easy. Try some art stores
