Description
I was going through a lot of images from the old design of my website Dragarta.com (which I'm remaking now, these images are from 2007) and though that they could make a nice walkthrough. First stages are even kinda funny (such terrible scribbles, hah!).

So here we go!
1. One of the first quick sketches with notes on some shitty office paper.
2. Clean sketch on Copic marker pad. Notice the small head and ridiculously big wings.
3. Changing the head and wings.
4. Time for lineart.
5. Starting with marker colouring and trying out few variations of Dragarta's tribals.
6. Colouring the whole character with Copics.
7. Moving to Photoshop and trying how it will look on a black bg.
8. Painting over the character in Photoshop.
9. Painting the volcanos from scratch and adding modified photo of clouds/smoke.
10. Making the menu and adding lights.
11. Final look of the website with animated mane.
