"Look at those pig tails"I think it's funny how each time I've drawn the Winx girls I've added a dimension of shading.

You've gotten the movement of the hair down very well.
But...
The wings are a little odd. The way you've shaded them makes them look very bent. Also, the yellow color seems to be a little bright.
The orange is also a little offsetting in this image, I would have gone for a color closer to pink, purple, or dark blue.
The color of her tights is so close to that of her feet that differentiating is hard.
Other than those and just a few things that are hard to understand, this is a really nice piece. Your basic color scheme is pretty, and the girl is nice.

Thanks so much for the critique, it's much appreciated. However, given the nature of your critique and the things you pointed out, I get the feeling you're no familiar with this character. This is a fan art of a popular show, 'Winx Club'. (images5.fanpop.com/image/photo… )
I wouldn't delete a comment like this. Criticism is important in the growth in everything actually. I'd like to offer some helpful advice for your future critques. I recommend looking at a couple of the pieces from the artist before hand to see what things change and stay the same between pictures. Do your best to get as much information on the character as possible to give the most effective critique possible.

I was thinking that it was a weird name....I used to watch some of those when I was a kid, but can't remember the names for the life of me. Sorry about that.
I try looking it up. The thing is, I try to comment on all the unpopular submissions into DigitalNewbies, and keeping up is rather hard....
