New art? Wow...just wow...
Anyway, I had a lot of free time in school, but since I didn't have any reference's for real Pokemon (sorry ~sublimepokemon ), I decided to use the Pokemon urge anyway and make some more fake Pokemon. I don't no why, but there doesn't seem to be a lot of Ant Pokemon. Therefore, I decided to take a shot at it, and I choose a Fire Ant. A Bug/Fire type hasn't been done before, so I thought it'd be fun. Here's they're info...
(Terraform is an ability I made to go with these Pokemon's descriptions. With it, they will always score a critical hit against Rock, Steel, and Ground types.)

Pyrant (Left: Name Origin: Pyro + Ant / Pyre + Ant)

PYRANT form massive colonies underground that function similar to steel mills. They act as welders or perform lesser tasks. Occassionally, a few can be seen guarding the colony's entrance with SOLDIANT.

Warkant (Top; Name origin: War + Worker + Ant)

Ability:
Terraform: Hits critical against Rock, Ground, and Steel.
Stage 1 Pokemon (Evolves from Pyrant at level 20)

WARKANT serve to build channels and small containers to move the molten metal that's used in the colony, and to cool it by flapping their wings. WARKANT are pests in big cities, as they will steal any metal they find.

Soldiant (Right; Name Origin: Soldier + Ant)

Ability:
Terraform: Hits critical against Rock, Ground, and Steel.
Stage 2 Pokemon (Evolves from male Warkant at level 31)

While PYRANT and WARKANT work within the colony, SOLDIANT patrols around its entrance. If an intruder is spotted, all SOLDIANT will gather at the entrance of the colony and attack with FLAMETHROWER.

Matriant (Bottom; Name Origin: Matriarch + Ant)

Ability:
Terraform: Hits critical against Rock, Ground, and Steel.
Stage 2 Pokemon (Evolves from female Warkant at level 40)

There is only MATRIANT per colony, and she uses emense heat to melt the metal gathered by WARKANT. Becuase her body temperature could cause the ground to melt, MATRIARCH will create a steel floored chamber.

And there you have it...I got 40 minutes of free time today, and this is how I used it. Personally, I like these guys, and I would definitely have a Matriant and a Soldiant in my team. I just wish I could have made Matriant's head less like Beequeen's.
Also, they'd be the first Bug-type Pokemon to be able to learn Flamethrower naturally. Or at all! I've had a suggestion that Matriant should be able to learn Overheat naturally...but that's a little iffy for me.

If you know a good amount about Pokemon (or just want to), tell me what you think they should be able to learn.
