Finally some CLEAN ref sheet that fully shows how our precious boy look ^^, also that was really fun to draw for me, after all I was drawing my sona
OK so now some info that I dont wanted to add on ref, bcs it could be too messy

Some Info:
his insides are blue/cyan
yellow stripes and eyes are illuminating yellow light in the dark
even tho Reo is a water dragon, he don't have gills, but in exchange he can hold a breath for 1h-1,5h total
unfortunately Reo don't have "dragon fire", BUT he can swallow water to shoot it in high pressure later
his wings and thick whale like tail, helps with fast swimming
scales are small and smooth to reduce water resistance
