Hey guys! I'm sorry I haven't been drawing much lately, but my DA sister was having a contest that I couldn't pass up! It's to make a mate for her leafeon character, so.... here he is X3.

His name is a corruption of the world cobalt (which means blue. How creative is naming a vaporeon blue? XD) and he has extra cresent moon markings and extra fins behind his arms.

Kobolt is a pokemon of few words, but he is very kind and caring to all pokemon. He stands for justice and love, though you wouldn't know at first glance from his quiet demeanor.

He's basically the guardian of the sea, and the bandana he wears is used when he finds sick and injured pokemon to wrap their cuts or breaks.
The leaf hanging off of his tail is a mysterious sea plant, and only he knows where they grow. When the plant is played, it can soothe all anger almost instantly with its calming tones.
The bottle of shiny green potion is made from the sea plant, and can help clean cuts and cure fevers.

Just for fun, his moves are ice beam, brine, iron tail, and aqua ring
