Well, here's the first of the Symbols Series.
I know Aang should be first, since I'm doing this alphabetically, but I drew this one first.

This is dedicated to =Kaimingdabimuyu, because her Azula 3 picture [which can be found here:[link] ] is what inspired me to start this series.

Other than honoring my watchers, it gives you all a chance to win a sketch of whatever Avatar related character you wish from me. [Because I've been inspired, finally!]
The catch, of course, is that you have to guess what each symbol means in relation to the character.

I will give you all the answers for all of the symbols for this one, so nobody will be able to win a sketch this time. [But don't worry, I plan on drawing symbols for approximately 49 characters, or less, so everyone will have a chance to win a sketch.]

EDIT: Or maybe, since you all seem to enjoy me explaining all of the symbols, I'll just let all my watchers request a sketch when I'm done with this series.... I don't know. I'll decide later.

Eye- Just symbolizes Azula. Nothing special.

Dragon- Symbolizes royalty, independence, leadership, and strength.

Lightning- Deadly, just like Azula.

Fire Pin-Redundant, I know, but it symbolizes royalty.

Fire Nation Symbol- Illustrates what Iroh said about the Fire Nation in "Bitter Work". "Fire is the element of power. The people of the Fire Nation have desire and will, and the energy and drive to achieve what they want.".

Blue Spirit Mask- It is meant to symbolize two things: 1) a mask is used to conceal, whether it is behavior or appearance. Nobody really knows who Azula is. She may be the cruel Fire Princess we all know, or she may be something more. 2) and it symbolizes Zuko. >< That one was pretty dumb, but oh well.

Quote- Obviosly, Azula is a perfectionist and possibly a bit vain.
