Delphi is a literal brand new OC! Just thought her up literally ten minutes ago O.o

Delphi is one of the two Twin Destroyers. She, along with her sister, was created for the soul purpose of destroying everything. In short, she is the 'The End'. When you see Delphi, she'll speak to you for a moment, then your life withers and you die. She doesn't enjoy not being able to touch people, if she touches you, or gets near you, then you'll wither away into dust in a matter of seconds. Delphi has been alive since the beginning, she sees all, knows all, and...feels all. Delphi's sadness is the sadness of millions of years that his Earth has been around, she hates the sight of what it has gone through, that's why she destroys it, again and again. She wants the world to be a better place, but no matter how many times she kills it, it still stays a wretched place. What must she do to finally bring light to this dark, disgusting place?

Now that we're past that dark, ominous junk, let's get to the fun stuff, shall we? Ok, Delphi is very, very ticklish, even though no one can touch her, she's still very ticklish. Her feet are her worst place, but no one can ever get to them. The only one that can even make contact with Delphi is her sister. Would you like to try? Go ahead...I dare you

Updated Information: Delphi's powers are incredibly unstable. If she's even put under any sort of stress, then the planet is basically screwed beyond all hope. Rosetta knows that. Now what could be used against an ultra ticklish girl like Delphi to make her lose control of herself and break her normal peace and calm? I wonder...

If she ever loses control, it's all over. No one will survive.
